Seedlings Shop Shipping Information
Please read our Purchase & Shipping Terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products (the Products) via our website.
Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between Redjewel Holdings Pty Ltd ABN 33 164 240 394 trading as The Seedlings Program (we, us, our, or Seedlings Kids) and you.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, The Seedlings Program is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.
All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.
Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered Products to you.
The Seedlings Program will only accept payment for the Products via major credit cards or you can contact us directly to do a direct bank transfer. After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.
Processing of Orders
We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Perth, Western Australia. If you purchase any of the Products on a non-business day, we will process the order on the next business day.
The Seedlings Program only ships to destinations within Australia at this time, however we have a distributor in both the USA and the UK that we can put you in touch with. You can also contact us directly about cost of postage to your destination if you would like something delivered to your door internationally.
Products shipped from The Seedlings Program distribution centre will be via Australia Post, unless agreed otherwise between the parties.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared funds for your order. However, orders may be shipped within 72 hours of receiving cleared funds during peak times such as Christmas.
We cannot guarantee delivery times; however, you should receive your delivery within 2-5 days. Australia Post does not include insurance. Please contact us if you require insurance so we can discuss options and any additional costs.
Cancellation of Orders
The Seedlings Program may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur. If you have already paid for the products and we then cancel, we will refund your payment.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
Products Missing from an Order
Should a Product be missing from an order, please contact us at email@example.com with the order number and the product code or product name of the Product you ordered, and we will investigate accordingly.
Return of Products
Any return of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
By agreeing to these Purchase & Shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to The Seedlings Program, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. The laws of Perth, Western Australia, Australia govern these Purchase & Shipping Terms.
